This Privacy Policy explains how the miner-subscriber application collects, uses, protects, retains, and deletes Google user data accessed via Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API v3, in full compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Google User Data Collected

With your explicit consent via OAuth, our application collects the following categories of Google user data through the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl (Manage your YouTube account):

• Basic Google profile information: your name, email address, and profile picture.
• YouTube subscription data: your list of subscribed channels, including channel IDs, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and related metadata.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens (to perform actions on your behalf).

We do not collect passwords, private videos, comments, playlists, live streams, messages, financial information, or data from any other Google services.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We use the collected Google user data solely to provide the services you request, such as:

• Authenticating you via Google Sign-In.
• Displaying your current YouTube subscriptions.
• Subscribing or unsubscribing from YouTube channels based on your explicit actions.

We limit our use to providing these user-facing features and do not use the data for advertising, analytics, profiling, selling to third parties, training AI/ML models, or any other purpose.

3. Data Protection and Security

We use encryption and security procedures (including HTTPS transmission and restricted access controls) to protect the confidentiality of your Google user data.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy (typically temporarily during your session or action). When the retention period expires or you revoke access, we delete or destroy the data. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing our services (e.g., limited to secure hosting providers under strict confidentiality). We do not share data for advertising, data brokering, credit checks, or any prohibited purposes.

6. User Control & Revocation

You can revoke access at any time here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately stops data access and triggers deletion of tokens.

Our application fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use restrictions.
